Business Development Center (BDC) Analytics Manager

• Ensure operational efficiency and lead management across all dealership locations.
• Manage a high volume of leads from multiple sources and enforce rapid follow‑up across all communication channels.
• Enforce a 10‑minute response rule for all internet leads and monitor agent response times in real time.
• Escalate missed performance targets immediately and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Aggregate and analyze performance data across all stores to drive group‑level strategy.
• Track and report on lead‑to‑show performance for fresh lead types and connection performance metrics.
• Maintain process quality control and ensure all BDC representatives follow established CRM processes.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers at each location to maintain seamless communication and workflow between the BDC team and the sales floor.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive BDC, sales management, or analytics‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and high volumes of data.
