Eyes On Eyecare is seeking an Optometrist for a part‑time position in Streamwood, IL (1025 South Sutton Road, Streamwood, IL, 60107). New graduates and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply.

• Perform patient eye exams and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage anterior and posterior ocular diseases.
• Identify systemic health issues related to eye findings.
• Collaborate with optometric technicians, opticians, and support staff.

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
• Active Optometry license in the state of practice.
• Ability to provide comprehensive primary eye care.
