Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter will assist in the full-cycle recruitment of hourly positions which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, post-offer process (background checks, drug screens, physicals, etc.), on-boarding and retention.

• Responsible for the non-exempt (hourly) recruiting, and training processes which includes sourcing, screening, recruiting, and on-boarding
• Conduct and coordinate pre-employment process (drug screen, background checks, and E-Verify)
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the overall pre-employment I-9, E-Verify, E-Screen and Background Check compliance process
• Participate in job fairs and community outreach recruiting strategies

• Post all hourly open positions internally and externally
• Provide plant tours to interested applicants
• Responsible for onboarding new hires including conducting orientation, review of policies & benefits, administrate Alchemy training, printing employee badges, etc.
• Enter new hire information and maintain Workday (HRIS) system
• Participate in routine walk through of production floor for employee engagement
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of affirmative action plans and employment law
• Workday and Alchemy Manager Training experience a plus!
• Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and give tours of facility
• Strong presentation skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point).
• Ability to administer HR processes, policy, and procedures
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• 1+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or staffing agency
