We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator for a client in Streamwood, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating Bobst or Moll folder gluing equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery.

• Set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment in a production environment.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Create sample pieces and obtain approval prior to production runs.
• Clear machine jams and continuously feed materials into machine pockets.
• Monitor production quality and ensure finished products meet specifications.

• Previous experience operating Bobst or Moll folder gluers required.
• Experience with Heidelberg Folder Gluer preferred.
• Experience operating rotary die cutters is a plus.
• UV coater machine experience is highly desirable.
• Experience producing folders, folding cartons, and related packaging products preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
