• Manage operations of your assigned unit.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• C.P.R. certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit preferred.
• Five (5) years of R.N. experience preferred but willingness to invest in the right candidate.
