The Licensed Practical Nurse position at Legacy Healthcare LLC – Bella Terra Streamwood – is essential to our Clinical Department. As the backbone of the Care Team, you will deliver medication and nursing care, conduct assessments and advocate for residents.

Base hourly rate: $32.57/hr – $38.00/hr annual salary range: $55,000 – $95,000.

• State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; unencumbered.
• Prior LPN experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care and strong attention to detail.
