• Base pay range: $18.50/hr – $25.00/hr

• Perform activities of daily living for residents
• Observe and document changes in residents’ condition
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain knowledge and education standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high‑quality care

• State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or completion of an accredited training course
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not required; willing to invest in the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident comfort and safety
