• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest services is worked back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with laws and internal policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assist them in solving their needs.
• Thank guests and convey appreciation for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions; able to stay mobile during shifts.
