$15.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• Run fitness consultations, private training sessions, and small group training sessions.
• Help keep the club clean and tidy, participate in community events, create excitement, and occasionally give gym tours and sign up new members.

• Availability & Flexibility - ability to be available when clients need you, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends. (Not every trainer must cover all times, but availability helps you grow your book of business.)
• Education - a current personal training certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, NPTI, NSCA, or in the process of earning one.
• Curiosity - a desire to continue learning and applying new knowledge to help clients and the team.
• Professionalism - maintain organization, communicate effectively, be punctual, be in uniform on your shift, and bring your best professional effort. We’ll help you build business skills to succeed as a trainer.

• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
• Social media marketing experience is a plus
• Covid-19 vaccination preferred
• First Aid / CPR certification required
• 0-5+ years of industry experience (experience training friends or family is strongly preferred)
