, a subsidiary of Teleperformance, is hiring Call Center / Collections Representatives (Bilingual, a must) in Streator, IL (Onsite). Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM. Pay: $15.50/hour plus commission opportunities.
- Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions.
- Provide guidance, options, and support to help customers get back on track.
- Deliver a positive, respectful, and solution‑focused experience.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives.
Bilingual English/Spanish applicants will be prioritized.

Qualifications- Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers.
