The Graphic Designer is responsible for capturing, editing, and maintaining professional-quality photos and videos that support operation manuals, training materials, and diagnostic documentation.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality photos of equipment, processes, and components for use in manuals and technical documentation.
  • Edit, crop, and format images to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Record, edit, and maintain training videos, incorporating text overlays, graphics, and voice overs.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library with consistent file naming and version control.
  • Work closely with technical writers, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure visuals accurately represent procedures and objectives.
  • Regularly review and update existing photos and videos to reflect procedural or equipment changes.
  • Contribute to layout and visual improvement in manuals and training materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming and concept meetings as needed.
  • Maintain QR Code Video landing pages.
Education/Experience/

Skills:
  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Photography, or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in photography, graphic design, or video production.
  • Experience working in technical, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with instructional or technical documentation workflows preferred.
  • Experience performing voiceover or audio editing preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify major components of equipment
  • Must be a self-driven, proactive, team player with ability to take direction and execute.

Salary Range - $30-37/hour depending upon education and experience
