The school social worker works to promote social/emotional skills within the school environment. The social worker will utilize professional and personal skills to intervene with individuals or groups to ensure social/emotional needs are met. The school social worker will facilitate communications between school and home and will serve as a liaison between the school and home community.
Qualifications
PEL with a school social worker or school counselor endorsement.
