The Step2 Company is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, internal controls, and reporting to top management. You will supervise accounting, credit and collections, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
Based in Ohio, the role requires 7–10 years in finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and experience with Oracle or similar. CPA is preferred but not required. You will partner with executives to deliver timely, accurate financial analysis and reports.
