We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated IT Technician to support our organization through working with senior level IT staff to maintain TTH’s network and security policies, documentation and inventory of hardware and software and provide user support. The ideal candidate for the IT Technician position is bright, attentive, and efficient with self-assurance and the ability to complete work skillfully in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Responsible for the configuration, installations, upgrades and maintenance, service, and inventory of laptops/desktops, printers, servers, scanners, telephones, and other IT related equipment
- Keep detailed records of system configurations, installations, repairs, and IT assets
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
- Provide assistance with onboarding of new users
- Manage basic components of Office 365, IT software tools, User Licensing
- Monitor network or system performance using available IT software tools to identify potential issues
- Manage cybersecurity training and mitigation efforts via company specific systems, policies, and procedures
- Support senior-level IT staff in various tasks
- Develop work instructions within the IT department
- Proactively stay current with technology changes, updates, and practices
