Client-Focused Project & Account Manager

The Technology House is looking for a responsible, team-oriented, and reliable candidate to add to the Project Management team. Project Managers are responsible for maintaining contacts with existing customers and

generating new customer business. A qualified candidate will receive customer data and review with the applicable internal departments to analyze part requirements, resources, availability of materials, timing, etc., and will communicate requirements with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the customer.

Review incoming projects and recommend the best manufacturing processb)
Analyze part requirementsc)
Evaluate timing and availability of materialsd)
Prepare pricing and follow up with the customer
2.Managing Projectsa)
Job entry and oversight through project completionb)
Coordinating with various internal departmentsc)
Update customer on timing and direct questions about the projectd)
Aiding in customer and organizational growth
3.Customer Communicationa)
Build relationships with dedicated accountsb)
Customer meetings and tours of facilityc)
Update customers on new capabilities or processesd)
Cross coverage for Project Managerse)
Trade show participationf)
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business) or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform tasks in a seated position for extended periods
• Keyboarding for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Team oriented
