Computer Systems Analyst (Job Code: 1004)

Location: Streetsboro, Ohio and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.

Salary: $98,883 per year.

• Installation and configuration of new Unix AIX, Solaris, and Linux RHEL servers.
• Support installation and configuration of HACMP and GPFS clusters.
• Provide support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of powerVM.
• Maintain existing UNIX and Linux servers, including server upgrades and modifications.
• Use Network Installation Manager (NIM) to support assigned installation, configuration, and maintenance duties.
• Use Control M, BMC Patrol, TSM, Sitescope, and HP BAC to perform duties.
• Collaborate with middleware and database teams to install and configure software such as Web Logic, Apache Tomcat, Oracle DB, and IBM DB2.
• Work with the application team to support performance testing of new and upgraded applications on servers before production rollouts.
• Assist with production rollout of applications.
• Work with Storage team to support storage migrations.
• Automate day‑to‑day jobs such as performance monitoring, adding space, and creating new file systems using bash scripting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (foreign degrees accepted).
• Five (5) years in a similar position (IT Analyst, Specialist, or related occupation).
• Experience with AIX, Solaris, RHEL, powerVM, Control M, BMC Patrol, Web Logic, HP BAC, Sitescope, and TSM (acceptable alternative combinations of education, training, and experience are permitted).
