2nd Shift Production Associate – Extra Earning Potential!

Streetsboro, OH | Starting at $19 per hour + $2 shift differential | Hiring immediately

Walk‑in Interviews Every Tuesday – no appointment needed – come any time between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, 10250 Philipp Parkway, Streetsboro, OH. Look for the Soft Lite sign by the road.

Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM. Friday overtime as needed based on production.

• Assemble vinyl window products and components
• Use hand tools and production equipment
• Rotate jobs within the line (cross training provided)
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Prepare materials for shipping
• Support a safe and organized production floor

• Background in warehouse, factory, or general labor is helpful
• Ability to work evenings and stay active throughout the shift
• Dependable, team‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a production environment
