Champion Personnel is hiring for a rapidly growing company that builds power systems for major companies like Visa, Microsoft, and more!
? Pay: $21/hr

Location:
Aurora, OH

Contract-to-Hire

Shift:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Mon-Thurs)
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components
- Build subassemblies, frames, and enclosures
- Install cables and components per specifications
- Use hand tools and follow assembly drawings
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate issues and updates with team leads
- Manufacturing assembly or mechanical experience
- Ability to read assembly drawings
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic computer programs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
