Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week!)

• Weekly Pay
• 4-Day Work Week (Friday overtime during peak seasons)

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday overtime during peak seasons

• Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line
• Use hand tools and basic machinery
• Rotate between stations (cross‑training provided)
• Perform quality checks and inspections
• Prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow

This position is with Soft Lite Windows & Doors, part of Cornerstone Building Brands. The facility signage and operations reflect the Soft Lite name.
