TIG WELDER / FABRICATOR

Stainless Works is looking for talented Welders to help us meet the demand for our aftermarket exhaust products which includes our new systems for the Camaro, Mustang and Charger.

As a Welder/Fabricator you will work on a variety of automotive products for both classic and late‑model vehicles and custom project cars.

• Fearlessly Technical – You are a born fabricator able to piece things together in a small lot setting, setting up, adjusting and operating a variety of tools, machines and welding equipment including TIG and a variety of techniques.
• Confident Self‑Starter – Maintain a high standard of quality and continuous improvement, attentive to detail, integrating engineering, research and development and production to satisfy discerning customers.
• Positive Ego‑Free Attitude – Work with cross‑departmental teams, collaborate, share ideas, and cross‑train junior welders.
• Productive – Balance quality and efficiency to deliver work while meeting customer expectations.

• Minimum 5 years of TIG welding and fabricating
• Experience with thin gauge stainless steel
• Experience with Plasma Cutter, Press Brake, End Formers, Punch Press, Chop and Band Saws, Belt Sander, and a large variety of supplied hand‑tools

• Passion for the industry
• Experience in cellular manufacturing
• Team player
• Blueprint reading

Hours: 7:30 pm – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
