Die Set-Up Technician

Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking a Die Set-Up Technician for our valued client, located in Streetsboro, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer that values hands-on mechanical ability, precision, and teamwork.

Shifts:

2nd and 3rd shifts available

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Weekly pay and great long-term potential

• Set up and align dies, tooling, and equipment for forging and production operations
• Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to position and secure heavy dies (up to 75 lbs)
• Read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for proper fit and alignment
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth changeovers and safe operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and lockout/tagout procedures

• Strong mechanical mindset — experience building or repairing cars, machinery, or similar equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Prior manufacturing or die setup experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
