Forge Line Tech

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our clients team as a Forge Line Technician
. This is a hands‑on manufacturing position working as part of a 3–4 person team to operate forge press equipment and support production operations in a fast‑paced environment.

No prior forging experience is required —
on‑the‑job training is provided

• Operate forge press equipment as part of a team
• Set up and operate forge presses and trim presses
• Set up and operate support equipment and related processes
• Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and digital calipers for measurements and adjustments
• Follow work instructions and set‑up sheets accurately
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Operate lift trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance
