Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week)

Location:

10250 Philipp Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. Look for the "Soft Lite" sign by the road.

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Friday overtime during peak seasons.

• Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line.
• Use hand tools and basic machinery.
• Rotate between stations with cross‑training provided.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
