Forge Operator - All Shifts

Forge Line Technician

Inova Staffing Services is hiring Forge Line Technicians for our top client in Streetsboro, OH! This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing manufacturer known for quality forged steel products and a strong team culture.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift (6:45am-3pm)
• 2nd Shift (2:45 pm – 11:00 pm)
• 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7am)
• Training:
  Must train on 1st shift
• Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hr
• Type:
  Temp-to-hire
• Weekly Pay + long-term opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on a team of 3–4 operating and setting up forge and trim presses
• Move and position hot billets using hand tools and material handling equipment
• Operate forging machines and visually inspect parts for quality
• Assist with die changes, setups, and press adjustments
• Follow all safety procedures in a hot, active production setting

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (press operation transfers well)
• Strong mechanical aptitude — hands-on experience with machines or vehicles is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Consistent work history — longevity and reliability matter
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen and background check
