Job Title:
Forge Line Production Operator Pay: $19 - $21 per hour
Hours:
1st
Shift: 7am-3pm, 2nd
Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd
Shift: 11pm-7am

Join a leader in the closed-die forging industry and make an impact every day as a Forge Line Production Operator in Streetsboro, OH.As a Forge Line Production Operator, you'll be a vital part of the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality forged products. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to support smooth operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
What You'll DoAs a Forge Line Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating the forge press as part of a skilled team of 3-4 members, ensuring precise and efficient production.
Setting up and operating forge and trim presses to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Handling and operating supporting equipment and related processes to maintain continuous workflow.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Conducting visual inspections of forged parts to verify accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
At least 1 year of industrial or mechanical experience (preferred but not required).Strong shop math skills and problem-solving capabilities.
The physical endurance to work in a hot, noisy environment, standing for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
