Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week!)

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday overtime during peak seasons

What You’ll Do

Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line
Use hand tools and basic machinery
Rotate between stations (cross-training provided)
Perform quality checks and inspections
Prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus
Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Strong teamwork and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow
