Join Our Team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician!

Location:
Streetsboro, Ohio
Pay: $20/hr, starting pay
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our niche manufacturing shop, where custom-designed parts are assembled into high-quality products shipped worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general assembly of simple sub and main assemblies with engineering support and training to produce high-quality product to customer specifications
• Responsible for quality, production standards, safety, scrap, and documentation records
• Must have some fastener and mechanical knowledge
• 1st piece and in process inspection of components being manufactured to verify print and process specifications are being met
• Keep accurate documentation and piece count
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and general area
• Move product throughout the facility by use of pallet jack and tow motor
• May be required to assist in other general shop functions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds without the support of Crane or Hoist
• Use of basic hand and inspection tools
• Ability to work in team environment to achieve established goals per a production schedule
• Basic shop math and computer skills
• Standing and walking for 8 hours minimum duration with minimal break periods
