A skilled Quality Technician is needed to join our team. This technician must be hands-on and critical to ensuring product quality, accuracy, and conformance to customer and engineering requirements. Strong metrology experience, particularly with FARO Arm inspection, and working directly from blueprints is a necessity to this position.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; however, overtime and Saturday mornings may be required.
- Perform dimensional inspections using FARO Arm and other measuring equipment
- Interpret and inspect parts to engineering drawings and blueprints
- Verify conformance to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined and fabricated parts
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Communicate quality issues with production, engineering, and management
- Support corrective and preventive actions as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized inspection area
- Perform other duties as needed
