Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Premiums: ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities.
