Residential​/Commercial Painting Estimator

Residential/Commercial Painting Estimator —

Location:

Streetsboro, OH (and surrounding areas).

Reports To:

Owner / Operations Manager.

We are seeking a detailed and personable Painting Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the  face  of our business for new clients — visiting homes/sites, accurately calculating project costs, and presenting professional proposals.

• Site Assessments:
  Travel to client locations to measure square footage, inspect surface conditions, take pictures, and provide quotes. (Training will be provided).
• Accurate Estimating:
  Enter all measurements and site conditions into our system to produce quotes.
• Sales & Proposals:
  Create and present detailed quotes to clients. Explain the value of our process, answer questions, and close the sale.
• Client Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact from the initial consultation until the job is handed off to the production team.
• CRM Management:
  Track leads, follow up on open quotes, and update customer details in our company database.

• Experience:
  
  Experience is preferred but not required.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to measure accurately and be detail oriented. We can train an ambitious individual with critical thinking skills.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport quickly.
• Driver’s License:
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Competitive Pay:
  Base salary of $40,000 plus commission on every job sold. Top earners can make significantly more than their base in commissions.

  Company vehicle (or mileage reimbursement), iPad/Laptop, and laser measure provided.

  Opportunity to move into Project Management or Senior Sales roles.
