Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores and actively recruiting Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technicians. If you possess relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our fast‑paced and welcoming work environment.

• 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and hand, digital, and power tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by performing work according to Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Currently offering a $2000 sign‑on bonus (for select locations)
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, level of job offer, qualifications and other job‑related factors.
