The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support daily production at our Northeast Ohio asphalt plants. You will operate heavy equipment, load stockpiles, and assist with maintenance while traveling to other sites as needed.
Candidates must be willing to travel, work nights/weekends, and join Local 18 IUOE within 60 days. A safety-focused mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
