Job Overview
This position provides overall coordination to ensure all company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). This entry‑level role is responsible for participating in contracting activities associated with independent contractors (ICs) that provide delivery equipment and transport products from our clients’ location(s) to designated locations as requested by the customer.
Responsibilities- Monitor routes to ensure IC check‑in is complete and communicated to the customer, and that routes run on time.
- Create routes pursuant to customer requirements, ensure IC receives approved dispatch, and communicate any changes to the dispatch department and ICs.
- Monitor dispatch board to ensure customer‑requested delivery times are being met.
- Communicate any delays or problems to the customer and dispatch department.
- Ensure ICs provide services in the vehicle type requested by the customer.
- Ensure compliance with IC log‑in process and EC‑mobile application.
- Work directly with ICs to assist with issues encountered while under dispatch.
- Arrange for STAT coverage for customers, as needed.
- Restructure routes as requested by the customer to ensure on‑time execution.
- Ensure ICs provide contracted delivery services in compliance with customer regulations.
- Assist in contracting ICs as needed.
- Complete daily service reports as required by the customer.
- Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed.
- Follow up with ICs to ensure paperwork is up to date.
- Ensure ICs wear a uniform shirt with a visible , as required by customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic MS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean, functional vehicle.
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Willing to work overtime as necessary.
- College degree or high‑school diploma with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Dependent upon experience level)
Travel:
On occasion up to 15 %
