Position:Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate
Location:
Streetsboro, OH

Schedule- Monday-Saturday with 1 day off during the week. Schedule depends on business needs.
- Shifts are 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week. 5am-7am start or midnight to 4am depending on warehouse vs. driving. Start time may vary.

Intrastate / Interstate CoverageCleveland, Northern PA, Pittsburgh, Western PA, West Virginia, Canton, Kenton OH, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities and duties- Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Complete daily field service activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
- Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
- Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas; communicate customer needs to the customer service team.
- Participate in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate running inventory.
- Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
- Must have a CDL‑Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
- Have valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal . (Required to access a military base facility.)
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment, lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Capable of passing requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment.
- Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other assigned duties.
- Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
- Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.

- Follow schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch.
- Record, report, and return defective items as per company policy.
- Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments.
- Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect coworkers, staff, community, and products.
- Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks following standard procedures.
- Utilize a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions, driving times, and proficiently use a scanner for deliveries.
- Be flexible with daily changing routes and working times.
- Be willing to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
Hourly pay rate: $31.05 per hour
