DescriptionThe Construction Admin Specialist provides administrative and organizational support to the Construction Lending team throughout the lifecycle of construction loan projects.

- Prepare and manage extension agreements and modification
- Maintain and update monthly reports
- Conduct borrower concierge calls after loan closing
- Process modification agreements and conversion documents
- Prepare balance sheets for converted loans
- Process invoices, log and distribute outgoing checks daily
- Assist with Builder Reviews when needed
- Assist with Escrow Holdback when needed
- Bring in the completed recert files upon completion
- Process insurance letters
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (construction, real estate, or mortgage preferred)
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
