The Midwest Division District Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Director, Sales Managers, and a field-based sales organization of more than 85 employees. The role coordinates travel, meetings, training events, onboarding activities, expense processing, reporting, and business communications to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position serves as a key liaison across internal teams, external vendors, and business partners while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

The District Coordinator prepares presentations and reports, manages departmental records and supplies, and supports special projects and business initiatives. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Strongsville Division Office, 11410 Alameda Dr., Strongsville, OH 44136, with at least 10% travel.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Division Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales staff, including general correspondence, reports, planning documents, and special projects as directed. Serve as backup support for other Sales and District Coordinators as needed.

Maintain staff itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Organize and coordinate small- and large-scale meetings, training classes, and events, including room setup, catering, transportation, hotel accommodations, attendee communications, and collaboration with internal and external vendors to ensure successful execution.

Handle incoming phone calls and other communications in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner. Route inquiries to appropriate personnel as needed.

Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external meetings.

Process and monitor travel expenses, reimbursements, and invoices.

Maintain an efficient, accurate, and organized filing system for reports, correspondence, records, and other business documents.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information, organizational changes, financial statements, policy announcements, and executive decisions.

Assist managers with the Annual Performance Review process.

Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.

Order and manage equipment and supplies, including electronics and other ad hoc items, for Sales Representatives and Sales Managers as needed.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Services Team in the United States and Canada.

Respond to and support a variety of ad hoc requests, special projects, and business initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

  • Coordinating and distributing monthly reports and maintains a record of department metrics.
  • Preparing detailed reports and business data. Maintain shared folder of commonly needed information.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an office environment

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience supporting a busy field-based sales team.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products(e.g Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Teamsand/or Outlook).
  • Must be willing to travel as required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Have three (3) years of experience supporting a busy field based sales team.
  • Have experience working in ORC, UKG and HR Cloud.
