Bearing & Drive Systems, located in Strongsville, OH is currently hiring a full time Office Assistant. This is an on-site role, thehours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Experience is a plus but not required — we are willing to train the right person!
As an Office Assistant at Bearing & Drive Systems, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business.
Responsibilities include providing day-to-day office support, answering and directing incoming phone calls, assisting with document and inventory management, supporting internal teams with data entry, processing invoices, and handling a variety of administrative tasks that help keep our organization running efficiently.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
