Part-Time Shipping Coordinator

, a national provider of payroll services for the construction industry and one of Northeast Ohio's top workplaces, is seeking a part-time Shipping Coordinator that will be responsible for all shipping package verification. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented go getter that brings a positive attitude to the workplace.

• Responsible for all shipping package verification before departure from
• Coordinate UPS, Fed Ex and USPS pickups and meet end-of-day shipping deadlines
• Arrange extra pickups as needed for UPS, Fed Ex and USPS
• Assist clients in tracking packages when needed
• Act as a liaison between shipping companies and our clients
• Manage USPS postage for specified clients
• Assist in maintaining machines, printers and USPS postage machine
• Inventory management and accountability for all supplies within

• Strong attention to detail
• Previous shipping experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn
