This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Brunswick, OH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key duties include maintaining clear communication with customers, managing accounts, handling complaints professionally, collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse customer base.
