Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

Full‑time Customer Service Representative, starting at $12 per hour.

Hours:

Monday 2‑11 pm, Tuesday‑Thursday 3‑11 pm, Friday 1‑7 pm. Hourly increases are awarded at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date. This role is with National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serving over one million members across 200+ clubs nationwide. The position is part of our Judgement Free fitness experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour the club.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
