The Reablement Assistant facilitates an innovative cognitive and physical restoration program at Kemper House Strongsville.
The ideal candidate engages clientele in a positive and upbeat manner and contributes to a curriculum designed to improve cognitive abilities as well as overall health and performance of older adults, helping them live more independently. Days and hours vary by location, and a weekend rotation may be required.
Ideal Candidate(s)- Teaching/Training/Coaching experience
- Effective classroom management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to be adaptive and creative
- Sense of humor and ability to bring enjoyment to the group while instructing
- Brain Health / Neuroscience experience and a Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required
Full-time, Part-time, and PRN.
SalaryNegotiable depending on demonstrated qualifications and experience.
