- Current Salary Range: $16.00‑$21.00 per hour (based on education level)
- Hours of work each day: 8‑hour shift
- Same daily shift each day for consistency and planning

- Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
- Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

- Observe children's interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with other child care professionals and continue to grow in your profession.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child‑related degree) is preferred
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child‑related degree)
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential
- Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program
- Knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first‑aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
