Account Manager - Office

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. If you like to work for a company where you are part of a family, the Rite Rug is the place for you!$40,000 to $45,000 salary based on experience.

The selected candidate will be tasked with the following organizational accountabilities:

Customer Service - work with our builders, superintendents and possibly customers. Mostly over the phone or by email.

Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements

Acquire a thorough understanding of the different builders and blue prints of houses being built

Ensure the correct product and services are delivered

Able to enter as least 8 orders per day to ensure we are sending product in a timely manner

Able to work in a team environment

Have a positive attitude while at work Skills/

Qualifications:

Have earned a minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in Customer Service Basic computer skills - worked with Microsoft products
