Software Engineer Lead; Service IT Portfolio Management

10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer Lead (Service Now IT Portfolio Management) with our client in the financial industry for a 6-month contract position. This role can be located in Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ and requires being on-site 3 days per week.

• 8-10 years of experience
• skilled in IT portfolio management on Service Now
• Extensive java script experience, understand the different scripting context, client side/service side business roles.
• Understanding of Web Development principles, ability to debug scripts.
• Process area expertise;
  Agile, portfolio management/demand management, resource management, cost management, portfolio and strategic planning.
