As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
Job Description
- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhances system productivity as needed.
- Provides senior-level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyzes, defines, and documents clients' requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary.

Work Experience

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Certifications
No required certifications, but CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is preferred.
Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $77,000 - $105,000. Salaries may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on performance.
