Summary
The Implementation Analyst III is a technical role that drives efficiency through script development and process automation, serving as the main technical contact for on‑site technicians during project implementations. The analyst provides professional‑level support for complex network issues, mentors and trains colleagues, documents processes, and continuously improves project success rates through proactive communication and analysis.
Essential Functions- Main technical contact for all on‑site technicians during Acuative Project Implementations.
- Configure and test a variety of WAN circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and wireless LAN controllers.
- Configure and troubleshoot ports, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, VRFs, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, prefix‑lists, route‑maps, IPsec, GRE tunnels, SNMP, and Syslog.
- Work with vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Cradlepoint, and Palo Alto.
- Develop scripts and process automation tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering to keep runbooks and operational processes updated and aligned with client requirements.
- Serve as a key technical resource and escalation point, providing expert troubleshooting.
- Mentor team members and receive positive feedback for knowledge sharing.
- Track technician and customer issues in a tracking system.
- Create, maintain, and update runbooks and other Field Technician documentation.
- Compile, validate, and track surveys, pictures, checklists, and submission materials from technicians and customers.
- Produce project‑based end‑of‑day reporting.
- Provide real‑time notification of exceptions and problems.
- Improve project completion on‑time success rate (ETA, ETC, First Time Success).
- Stay up to date on best practices and technology solutions.
- Analyze jobs to ensure continuous improvement.
All staff authorized to work within the Acuative Managed Platform for Government (AMPG-G) or Acuative Managed Platform for Defense (AMP-D) must adhere to the following requirements:
- Acknowledge and sign any AMP-G or AMP-D related Access Agreements and Rules of Behavior documents.
- Review and obey relevant AMP-G / AMP-D Policies and Procedures.
- Complete all mandatory Information Security & Compliance training.
- Protect against and report any suspicious or abnormal activity affecting the AMP-G or AMP-D environments.
- Full Time, 1st and/or 2nd shifts.
- Some weekend/after‑hours work may be required (overtime available).
- Travel may be required on plane and/or by car.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience.
- Fortinet NSE4 – Secure Networking or equivalent experience.
- Experience with 4G, Wi-Fi, or telecom environments is a plus.
- Process and metrics driven.
- Carrier/WAN/circuit knowledge.
- Telephony knowledge/experience.
- Retail support experience.
- Call center experience.
- Sitting at a desk.
- Ability to travel by plane and/or drive a car if required.
- Climbing:
Ascending or descending stairs and/or ladders. - Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly. - Requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and analyzing data based on color and distinguishing incident priorities.
