Data Scientist Sr

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML solutions, deep learning, and cloud computing. This role involves leading projects from conception to deployment, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for data‑drive innovation.

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions from initial concept to production deployment.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, such as regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient‑boosted decision trees (XGBoost, LightGBM), KNN, and t‑SNE.
• Develop and optimize deep learning models using tools such as Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
• Explore and integrate generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, Llama 2, Lang Chain, Llama Index, vector databases, and RAG applications.
• Utilize AWS Sage Maker for scalable cloud computing and machine learning model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, formulate technical approaches, and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain and manage project timelines and deliverables using JIRA.
• Continuously stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of analytical projects that leverage vast amounts of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable business insights.
• Direct data gathering, data processing, and data mining of large and complex datasets.
• Lead the development of algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques such as machine learning to predict business outcomes and recommend optimal actions to management.
• Lead analytical experiments in a methodical manner to find opportunities for product and process optimization. Present business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling.
• Partner with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Visualization Experts to develop data‑driven solutions for the business.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI technologies and vector databases.
• Proven track record of successful cloud computing implementation, preferably with AWS Sage Maker.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Bayesian statistics and causal inference.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Shiny and Streamlit.
• Experience with graph network analysis (networkx, Neo4J).

Base Salary:
