Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Figma components
- Create and update design documentation
- Develop design specs for developers

- Collaborate with product, content, and accessibility teams
- Participate in design reviews and governance meetings

- Conduct research and competitive analysis

- Collaborative Interface Design Tool (ex: Figma)

- Mobile Native Design
- UX/UI Design
- Critical Thinking / Analytical Approach
- Detail Oriented
- Facilitation
- Presentations
- Using a Design System
- Building / Maintaining Design Systems
- Component Libraries or Design Systems
- Design System Experience (using, contributing, or maintaining)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- UX / Design bootcamp is a plus
