- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design solutions including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
- Define system scope and objectives aligned with user needs and business processes.
- Serve as the bridge between non-technical business users and technical teams.
- Develop test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.
- Document systems, processes, and enhancements for reference.
- Provide training and troubleshooting support for end-users.
- Lead initiatives to improve internal business processes and outcomes.
- Identify system constraints and assess implications of proposed changes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, XRAY, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
