WORK ARRANGEMENT: 5 days onsite

Pay Rate: $60-65/hr. on W2 ONLY

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 12 Months Contract to Hire role

FUNCTION OF THE GROUP:
Mitigating Risk
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:
Financial Background / Industry knowledge preferred BSA

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing stories utilizing AI technologies/ Client Power Platform.
Requirements elicitation.
Functional and non functional requirements definition.
User stories and acceptance criteria creation.
Current state and future state process modeling.
Gap analysis and impact analysis.
Traceability and scope management.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (5 - 8 years of experience Required):
Agile,
Jira,
Technical Acumen (SQL, Data Modeling),
Problem-solving abilities,
Collaboration,
Project Management

FLEX

SKILLS:

1. Financial/Banking Industry knowledge or experience,
2. BSA activities with automation software (ex. Automation Anywhere),
3.

Experience with AI technologies (Co-Pilot)

EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Who with, how long " 1st Round panel interview, 3 interviewers 30 min to an hour " 2nd Round if there is a tie, panel interview 30 min to an hour
